PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not share or sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final in accordance with state and federal regulations concerning the sale of alcohol. Any refunds requests will be processed as a store credit if your wine has not yet been shipped. Please call customer service at (707) 963-3816 ext. 103.

RETURN POLICY
We guarantee our product and will replace any wines that are damaged in transit. Should your wine arrive damaged, please contact customer service at (707) 963-3816 ext. 103.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Please be assured that your items will ship out within five days of purchase. We prepare shipments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Any orders received after 11am on Wednesday, will ship the following Monday.

By purchasing our wines, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age. You are acknowledge that all wine shipments require an adult over the age of 21 years of age to sign for the package upon delivery. 

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order and will send you your tracking number via email. The carriers that may be used are: FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. UPS may be used upon special request only. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

You will receive a notification email with your Tracking Information. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
FedEx standard rates will apply for your wine purchase.
Please note: All orders will be charged sales tax where applicable in accordance to the local tax rate as determined by the shipping location.
