1997 VIADER Proprietary Red Inks #2 Spot on Wine Spectator’s Top 100
1997 VIADER Proprietary Red Impresses Parker as, “The Finest VIADER I Have Tasted”
… The terrific 1997… is the finest VIADER I have tasted. It is a wine of exceptional finesse and elegance, yet undeniable richness and intensity… tastes like a top Graves from Bourdeaux. Subtle spicy oak… along with scents of black currants, minerals and lead pencil. In the mouth, earthy, terrior characteristics combine with sweet black fruits… juicy mid-palate as well as considerable grade and harmony in the finish. Tannin is largely obscured by the wine’s outstanding concentration.
